Under the Registrants tab of your event management dashboard, you can easily see who’s signed up and registered to participate in your event. If your event is set to Public viewing, then any passive viewers, like friends and family of presenters, who visit the site to see the presentations but do not sign up/register to actually participate will not be included in the list of registrants.
The list of registrants and any uploaded files can be downloaded through the Export button (marked in green). The registrants' list is downloaded as a CSV file, and the files are downloaded as a zip file.
For users who need to adjust their registration information, select "Remove" under "Remove Registrant" (marked in green). This feature allows administrators to remove users from the event, and for users to re-register for your event.
If you scroll to the right of the screen, there’s also a toggle (marked in blue) available next to each participant in case you need to block a user from participating in your event. Blocking a user prevents them from accessing your event, and they cannot re-register.
