You can start setting up your event as early as you would like via the Event Management page, and there is no limit on how long you can spend on setting up. We recommend that you finish setting up your event and accepting presentations before launching. 

Once the event has been launched, the event will be up on the Symposium website for as long as the uptime associated with your purchased package.
