If your event is private, the presentation link or URL on the Symposium site will not allow unregistered visitors to access the content. Visitors will need to sign up for a Symposium account and register with a pre-authorized email. 

However, we can generate 'unlisted' links for each presentation, which we can send out in an email from our end to each of the presenters upon request. The 'unlisted' links allow presenters to share their specific presentations without giving access to other content from your event. If you would like us to send out these unlisted links to your presenters, simply reach out to us at support@foragerone.com once your private event has launched.
